# PDMFácil plugin — Portuguese planning information

Connect your PDMFácil account using OAuth at https://pdmfacil.pt/mcp. The plugin provides one free successful PDM classification per account, shared across all connections to this MCP endpoint, with no renewal. Reconnecting or creating another key does not reset it. Paid account credits are not used by this plugin. No purchases, subscription plans, upgrades or payment links are offered.

## Tools and workflow
- coverage: list municipal integrations and their limitations, without using the free query.
- billing: check whether the account's free query is available or exhausted. This tool reports access only.
- search_locations: find candidates; ask the user to confirm the intended location.
- resolve_location: resolve a selected candidate to WGS84 coordinates. Location searches do not use the free query.
- query_pdm: first explain the one-query, non-renewing allowance and confirm that the user wants to use it at this point; then use the account's free query to retrieve a PDM classification, available parameters, sources and warnings. Failed lookups, missing classifications and COS land-cover-only estimates do not use the allowance.
- Reuse the same idempotency_key and identical coordinates when retrying. The saved result is returned without consuming another query, including after reconnecting to the same account. Use billing for current access status.
- Once the free query is used, explain that the account's one-query allowance is exhausted. Location search and coverage remain available. Do not suggest purchases or upgrades.

Connections last 30 days and can be revoked using the account's access management. A renewed connection does not renew the free query.

Results concern the confirmed point, not the whole parcel. Cite official sources and preserve warnings. Missing constraint data does not prove absence of restrictions. Results do not replace municipal confirmation or a planning certificate.
